The End is Here

I have so many pics that I want to put on here so that I can update! I plan on doing those tonight since I finally got them uploaded to my computer monday night.

So much is going on right now. We only have 16 days left of school ...WOOOHOOO summer here we come. This week David and I are going to prom and we also have mothers day. I am hoping for something spa like...hint , hint ;)

I am having a blast with my kiddos at school. We just had a cinco de mayo celebration and now we are working on mothers day activities. They are loving this fun time of year.

M is cracking David and I up every single day. She always seems to have something funny to say from "Momma, your the best cooker ever!" to "and that's the whole truth!" She is so vocal now and bossy! She just had her birthday and she got a trampoline and she is in love. She wants to come home everyday and jump on it. She is also in gymnastics and she absolutely lives for tuesdays when she gets to go to "nastics" as she commonly refers to it.

Strawberry Delights

A friend, Jessie S. gave this recipe to me. I made them for dessert tonight and they are WONDERFUL! They remind me of a mini fruit pizza. It's the perfect size for a small sweet dessert after dinner...but then again it's hard to eat just one!

Strawberry Delights

Sugar Cookie dough ( you can make your own or just buy the pre-made at the store)

Using a mini muffin pan fill each muffin well about 1/2- 3/4 full of sugar cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. When the cookies are finished take them out of the oven and "DROP" the pan onto the counter. This will create a well in each cookie to put the filling in.

Topping
8 oz. cool whip
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla

Mix all of the topping ingredients together and put a dollop on each cooled cookie, or you can put it in a ziplock baggy and pipe it on the cookie. Then place sliced strawberries (or your fruit of choice) on each delight and ENJOY!
